Install the DynamiCare Agent

Install the DC Agent on your Machine to allow your administrator to remotely manage your PC

Select your OS:

Windows Support Mac Support Linux Support Android Support iOS, iPhone, iTouch, iPad Support

After selecting your OS, click "Run/Install/Allow" to any prompts. For full instructions, click here.

Right-click the icon for your OS, and select "Save Target As"

Save the file where you like, and open that folder

Double-click the installer, and click "Yes"

If any further prompts appear, click the affirmative action

You know it's done, when the blue "D" icon appears in your system tray

Back Scatter Attacks

DoS-like symptoms on your email server(s)

This is an important DynamiCare nofitication regarding a recent pattern of attacks (known as Back Scatter Attackers) happening throughout the internet causing Denial of Service-like symptoms on email servers like yours. These symptoms include, but are not limited to:

  • Outbound email taking long periods of time to send or not sending at all
  • Email server response times are much longer than normal
  • Large amounts of spam in the form of Bounce-Back messages or Non-Delivery Reports

DNS is actively aware of and monitoring for these attacks. We have already successfully stopped these attacks for our DynamiCare and Postini customers who have experienced any of these symptoms.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, or would like more information on these attacks and what options you have to successfully fight them, please contact DNS.
